Mr. Imbesi is a founding partner of Imbesi Law P.C. He has represented more than four hundred (400) investors involved in various securities related disputes in FINRA arbitration and Federal Court. He has also represented employees of FINRA members in securities arbitration, recovering millions of dollars in awards and settlements. He has obtained favorable FINRA arbitration awards in New York and has represented clients located throughout the United States and internationally. Mr. Imbesi has represented investors and employees against virtually every major broker-dealer, including: Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, UBS, Bank of America, SunTrust, MetLife, Morgan Keegan, Charles Schwab, Chase, A.G. Edwards and Edward Jones.

Ms. Weiner is a partner of the firm, representing clients involved in employment and general litigation. She also represents the firm's entertainment clients. Ms. Weiner graduated New York Law School magna cum laude where she was affiliated with the Institute for Information Law and Policy. She served as an Executive Board Member of the New York Law School Law Review and the Media Editor for the school’s legal reporting blog Legal As She Is Spoke. Ms. Weiner was also a member of the Sports Law Society.
Ms. Weiner has worked at Imbesi Christensen since her final semester of law school. While at the firm, she handled all matters relating a celebrity client. Ms. Weiner worked in the employment law division, conducting legal research and preparing documents for litigation. Ms. Weiner is currently working on personal injury cases. Prior to joining Imbesi Christensen, Ms. Weiner worked for an NFL agent, EMI Records, and Barkley Kalpak Associates where she was in charge of re-drafting the Employee Manual.
